What is TMSM Emporium?
TMSM Emporium is a specialty shop offering unique 3D-printed and handcrafted items including soap dispenser holders, lithophanes, succulent pots, and more. Many of our products are inspired by fandoms, pop culture, and creative themes.
Are your items handmade or mass-produced?
Many of our items are 3D-printed and/or hand-finished, meaning each piece is made to order and may have slight variations. These small differences make every item unique.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. If you are interested in a personalized or custom design, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, pricing, and production time.
Ordering & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the item and whether it is custom-made. During busier times, orders may take a bit longer. Orders are made in the order they are received. Custom orders may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our items are made to order, orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days inside the U.S. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Products & Care
Are your items durable?
Our 3D-printed products are made using high-quality materials designed for durability and everyday use. However, they are decorative and functional items, not toys, and should be handled with care.
Can I use your products outdoors?
Some items may not be suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure due to heat and weather conditions. We recommend using most products indoors unless otherwise stated in the item description.
How should I clean my item?
We recommend gentle hand cleaning with mild soap and water. Do not place items in the dishwasher or expose them to extreme heat.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered through our checkout system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
